Marketing communications: terjun4d will only send promotional emails or notifications to Users who have explicitly opted in to receive them at registration or via Account settings. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your Account or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service communications.
terjun4d processes personal data on the following legal bases:
The majority of data processing described in this Policy is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and terjun4d — specifically, to operate your Account, process your transactions, settle your bets, and provide the Services you have requested. Without this processing, we cannot deliver the Services.
Certain processing activities are required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and record-keeping obligations imposed by terjun4d's operating licence. This includes retention of identity verification records and transaction histories for a minimum of five years.
terjun4d processes certain Technical and Usage Data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, platform security monitoring, fraud detection, and responsible gambling oversight. We share personal data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, under written data processing agreements, solely to support the operation of the terjun4d platform. These include:
terjun4d may disclose personal data to competent legal authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies where required to do so by applicable law, valid legal process (such as a court order or regulatory directive), or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect the security of our platform, or comply with our international operating licence obligations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a material part of terjun4d's business, personal data held by terjun4d may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction of individual identities.
terjun4d operates internationally and some of the third-party service providers with whom we share data — including cloud infrastructure providers and KYC verification partners — may process data in countries outside Malaysia. Where such transfers occur, terjun4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Malaysian PDPA.
Such safeguards may include contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards no less protective than those applicable under Malaysian law, or reliance on the recipient country's adequacy status where formally recognised. Subject to applicable law and the limitations described below, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by terjun4d. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request — [Your Username]".
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the categories of data, the purposes for which it is processed, and any third parties with whom it has been shared.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. For account details, many fields can be updated directly via Account settings without a formal request.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies. This right does not override mandatory retention obligations.
You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data or where you have objected to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on your consent or contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you may request a structured, machine-readable copy of your personal data for transfer to another data controller.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. We will cease marketing communications immediately upon receipt of an objection. Objections to other processing are assessed case by case.
Response timeframe: terjun4d will acknowledge all data rights requests within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days of receipt of a valid request. Complex requests may be extended by a further 30 days with prior notification. Identity verification will be required before any data is disclosed or deleted.
terjun4d's Services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If we discover or have reason to believe that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the Account, conduct a KYC review, and delete any collected personal data associated with the underage user upon confirmation of their age, subject to any mandatory retention obligations.

The terjun4d platform integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and infrastructure services. While these integrations are necessary to deliver the Services, each third party operates under its own privacy policy in respect of data it collects independently.
terjun4d's Privacy Policy governs data processing conducted by terjun4d. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game providers, payment processors, or external services accessed via links from our platform. We recommend that Users review the privacy policies of any third-party services they interact with independently.
All third-party data processors engaged by terjun4d are subject to written data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with this Policy and applicable law. We conduct due diligence on all data processors before engagement and review those arrangements periodically.

Where changes are material — for example, changes to data sharing practices, the introduction of new processing purposes, or changes to User rights procedures — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and a prominent notice displayed on the platform.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised terms.
