These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the terjun4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

terjun4d is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. All accounts are subject to mandatory identity verification (KYC) before deposits or withdrawals may be processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on terjun4d. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated balances pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses, welcome offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility criteria. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting and collusion — results in immediate forfeiture.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same MYR payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; bank transfers 1–3 hours.
Bet manipulation, arbitrage abuse, the use of automated software or bots, and any form of collusion are prohibited. terjun4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. terjun4d is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to secure your account credentials appropriately.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and terjun4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online sportsbook and casino services available at https://terjun4d.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the terjun4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and must not register an account.
Important: terjun4d operates as an entertainment platform intended for adults aged 21 and above. The platform is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful under their local legislation.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your country of residence. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Any provision of false information, including false date-of-birth declarations, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds pending investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the terjun4d platform. If it is discovered that a User holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying details — terjun4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds across those accounts, and withhold or reverse any withdrawals made in connection with Bonus Funds obtained by the duplicate accounts.
Age Verification Notice: terjun4d enforces strict 21+ age verification. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify a User's age, and to suspend access pending receipt and review of such documentation.
All Accounts are subject to identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request or upon reaching the unverified deposit threshold. terjun4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of registration.
For the purpose of identity and age verification, Users are required to submit one or more of the following documents:
terjun4d's compliance team will use reasonable endeavours to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receipt of complete and legible documentation. During the review period, deposit functionality may remain active at the Platform's discretion, but withdrawals will be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Where a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, terjun4d reserves the right to suspend the Account and return the verified deposit principal (net of any Bonus Funds disbursed) to the original payment method used. Winnings generated during an unverified period may be subject to review and adjustment.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or access any other User's Account. terjun4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify terjun4d immediately via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. We will investigate such notifications in good faith, but we do not accept liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive ("Dormant Account"). terjun4d may notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying an administrative fee of up to RM10 per month for the maintenance of dormant accounts, subject to applicable minimum balance requirements. Cash Funds will not be reduced below zero. Dormant Accounts may be reactivated upon successful login and completion of any required verification.
All Account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, bet placements, and bonus credits — are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where a User makes a deposit via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt and credited to the MYR wallet accordingly.
terjun4d accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:
Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to individual account limits.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. FPX and online banking transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receiving the minimum number of network confirmations required for the relevant blockchain.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. terjun4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit to your Account.
Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) within 5 minutes; bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong typically within 1–3 hours during banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
Standard minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal is RM50,000, subject to enhanced verification for amounts exceeding RM20,000 in a rolling 24-hour period. VIP-tier accounts are subject to separately communicated higher withdrawal limits.
terjun4d does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. Payment provider fees, where applicable, are absorbed by the Platform. For cryptocurrency transactions, standard network (gas) fees apply and are deducted from the transferred amount.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number. You should verify that your intended selections, stake amount, and applicable odds are correct before confirming any wager. Placed bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except in cases where odds were published in manifest error.
All odds are displayed in decimal format unless a User has selected an alternative format in Account settings. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final binding odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
terjun4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes, data feed errors, or technical failures that resulted in materially incorrect odds. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to the User's Account.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body or data provider for each sport or game. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL football matches, results are based on the final full-time score. For live in-play bets, the score at the time of bet placement or as specified in the bet terms determines the relevant settlement period. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator outputs and are final upon completion of each game round.
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, bets placed prior to the postponement will stand. If an event is abandoned or rescheduled beyond the 48-hour window, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account.
All bonus offers, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards issued by terjun4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to Cash Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each offer's terms (for example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM3,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn). Bets placed using Cash Funds do not count towards Bonus Funds wagering requirements.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Users making their first qualifying deposit only. Users who have previously held an Account — regardless of username or payment method — are not eligible for new-player promotional offers. terjun4d uses technical and manual review processes to detect and prevent duplicate account exploitation of welcome offers.
terjun4d takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements (including placing bets at opposite ends of the same market across multiple accounts); collusion with other Users to share bonus credits; and use of automated software to place bonus bets. Where bonus abuse is detected, terjun4d reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close all involved Accounts.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus credit date. Upon expiry, any unconverted Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account. Cash Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the terjun4d platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content, software, design, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, user interface elements, and proprietary technology comprising or forming part of the terjun4d platform are the intellectual property of terjun4d or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of terjun4d.
Game content (including audio, video, mathematics, and visual elements) provided by third-party game suppliers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier and is licensed to terjun4d for provision to Users within the Platform environment only.
terjun4d endeavours to maintain 99.8% platform uptime, but does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, terjun4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or inability to access your Account due to technical or maintenance issues.
terjun4d's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Cash Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arose, or RM500, whichever is greater.
Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits terjun4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
terjun4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their play, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings with no waiting period.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, the User's Account will be immediately suspended and no further deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion periods may range from 30 days to permanent closure. Reinstatement requests following a self-exclusion period are subject to a cooling-off review.

terjun4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted pending completion of an investigation.
Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, terjun4d may permanently close the Account and, where appropriate, forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part. terjun4d will provide written notice of any permanent closure decision and the reasons therefor, subject to legal or regulatory constraints that may limit disclosure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any positive Cash Fund Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which terjun4d holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
In the first instance, Users who have a dispute with terjun4d in relation to a bet settlement, transaction, or platform decision should submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username] — [Brief Description]". terjun4d will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 10 business days.
Where a dispute remains unresolved following the Platform's internal review, Users may escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution body associated with terjun4d's international operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is legally complex in Malaysia. terjun4d does not hold a Malaysian government-issued gambling licence — no such licence exists for online gambling in Malaysia. Users participate at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under their local laws at the time of use.
terjun4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal fees, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — terjun4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with each Account and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage Users to review these Terms periodically.
